 José María Azumendi – Director Agro Terra Argentina - Located: Buenos Aires, Argentina
José is the Business Development Director of Agro Terra Argentina. José is an Agriculture Engineer and holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA). Since 1992 he has been working as an independent professional providing advice to some of the most prominent land owning families in Argentina, mainly dedicated to cropping and cattle raising, on a sustainable production model that utilizes no-till technology, fertilizers and crop rotations. He has been member of CREA (Regional consortium for agricultural experimentation) since 1994 and has worked with professionals specialized in different production areas and in the development of low cost highly profitable production systems. Before Agro Terra, Jose has had full managerial responsibility for 7.500 hectares and has been the full time consultant to 29.000 hectares in the provinces of Buenos Aires and La Pampa.

Dora Sassoni – CFO & Chairman of Agro Terra Argentina - Located: Buenos Aires, Argentina
Dora Sassoni is the Chief Financial Officer and Chairman of Agro Terra Argentina. A Certified Public Accountant and holds a Masters (MBA) in Business Administration, with solid experience in budgeting and control, finances, taxes, accounting, administration, managing resources, leading work teams, negotiation, leading organizational changes, sale of companies, merges and spin-offs. Worked for more than 14 years in a Public Holding company whose shares trade on the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange. This Group of companies has run business including cropping, cattle, dairy farming, insurance and investments in real estate. Dora held different positions in the company and finally was appointed C.E.O. of that group for the past 5 years.

 Jim McCarthy – Director - Located: Buenos Aires, Argentina
Jim McCarthy has ultimate responsibility for all the on the ground farming in Argentina. He is a first generation farmer who after starting out with none of the traditional monetary or family backing, has developed one of the largest grain farming operations in Ireland. In 1996 Jim also set up a 10,000 hectare arable farm in Western Australia and is involved in farming in New Zealand and the United States. Jim was the first recipient of a Nuffield Scholarship in Ireland and has always been at the forefront of adapting and developing new farming technologies, speaking at many industry events.

 Mark McLornan – Director - Located: London, United Kingdom
Mark McLornan is the founding partner of Agro Terra and prior to this had a career in global investment banking. His last position before Agro Terra was a portfolio manager at London Diversified Hedge Fund from June 2002 until November 2005, managing $200m on a global macro basis. Prior to this he worked at JPMorgan Chase, where he was a portfolio manager from January 2000 again managing investments on a global macro basis. He began his investment career at Chase Manhattan Bank in September 1997. Received a BSc in Banking and Finance from Loughborough University 1997.

 Walter Furlong – Director - Located: Wexford, Ireland
Walter Furlong farms 2,000 acres of cereals across 25 farms in Wexford, and as such is one of the largest cereal farmers in Ireland. As well as tillage, Walter is the managing director of Target Fertilisers, a company, which has grown to take a 20% share of the Irish fertilizer market from a standing start in 2000. He is also the managing director of The Cooney Furlong Grain Company, which is based in Enniscorthy and handles over 50,000 tonnes of grain per year from various locations throughout the world. Walter heads up the strategic planning at Agro Terra, responsible for risk management and crop selection.
